Lymphatic Health Consultant | Educator | Manual Therapist

Looking beyond symptoms to understand the whole body.

When you've tried everything and still don't feel like yourself, it's time to look at the body differently.

Whether you're living with persistent swelling, chronic pain, post-surgical complications, brain fog, fatigue, or symptoms that never seem to fully resolve, simply treating where it hurts isn't always enough.

The body functions as an interconnected network of systems. When one system becomes overwhelmed, restricted or underperforming, it can influence many others. My role is to assess how these systems work together and identify the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Through a combination of advanced manual therapy, clinical assessment and education, I help clients better understand their bodies and create personalised treatment plans that support healing, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

My approach integrates an in-depth understanding of the lymphatic system, glymphatic system, fascia, cranial nerves, nervous system and movement, recognising that lasting change often comes from supporting the body as a whole—not simply treating individual symptoms.

Every assessment and treatment plan is tailored to the individual because no two bodies, lifestyles or health journeys are ever the same.

Who I work with

I regularly support clients experiencing:

  • Lymphoedema and lipoedema

  • Persistent swelling and fluid retention

  • Post-surgical recovery, fibrosis and scar tissue

  • Chronic pain and movement restrictions

  • Brain fog and headaches

  • Perimenopause-related changes

  • Sports injuries and rehabilitation

  • Clients who feel they've "tried everything" but are still searching for answers

My approach

Every client journey begins with a comprehensive assessment.

Rather than focusing solely on where your symptoms are, I explore how different body systems may be influencing one another. This allows us to create a treatment plan that is individual to you, your goals and your response to treatment.

Depending on your presentation, treatment may include a combination of:

  • Advanced Manual Lymphatic Drainage

  • Fascial Release

  • Scar Therapy

  • Glymphatic techniques

  • Cranial nerve approaches

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Movement and breathing strategies

  • Education and self-management advice

For many clients, the best results come from following a structured treatment plan before progressing to a personalised maintenance programme, helping to support long-term improvements rather than simply managing flare-ups.

Education for Therapists

Alongside my clinical practice, I am an IPHM Accredited Educator, delivering advanced training for therapists who want to deepen their understanding of the body beyond technique alone.

My courses combine anatomy, physiology and practical application, helping therapists understand not just how to treat, but why treatment works.

Whether you're a client seeking specialist support or a therapist looking to expand your knowledge, my mission is the same:

To help people better understand the body's remarkable ability to heal when its systems are supported to work together.
