Manual Lymph Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to encourage the natural drainage of lymph fluid. By supporting the body’s detoxification process, MLD can help reduce swelling, promote relaxation, and improve overall wellbeing.

General fluid retention and puffiness
